The Blue Oceanic Beach Hotel is situated on the powder sand beach of Negombo
on the west coast of Sri Lanka, next to its sister hotel Royal Oceanic.
With the local taxi (Tuk Tuk) it takes less than five minutes to centre
of Negombo village.
Rooms/Amenities:
The hotel has an open-air foyer with a bar and lounge. From there one can
enjoy a bountiful view of the beach and the sea. Deck chairs and beach
towels are available for sunbathing below the palm trees and sun shades
on the beach front. Beyond that the hotel has a restaurant with a terrace,
bar, beach restaurant and an Ayurveda Centre.
The 110 pleasantly furnished rooms are spacious and have bathroom, toilet,
air-conditioning and ventilator, radio, telephone as well as a balcony or
terrace with sea view.
Activities:
Following sport and recreational facilities are available for guests: swimming pool,
fitness centre, tennis and squash court, volley ball field, pool table and
diving equipment (depending on the season).

The Blue Oceanic Beach Hotels offers excursions to the following sights:
Muthurajawela, Negombo Dutch Fort, Tooth Temple in Kandy (day trip) and
diving trips to interesting locations of the Indian Ocean (ship
wrack of Kudapaduwa, Ula Gala Reef, Katuneriya Royal Air Force aircraft).
