Located on the splendid Anse Takamaka in the south of Mahé, this small
hotel offers nine rooms in a unique environment scattered around the
beach restaurant with the same name. Batista, who started as a beach
boy, is now the renowned owner of the best seafood restaurant on the
island, with the rustic atmosphere of sand covered floors and thatched roofs.
The speciality of the restaurant is fresh grilled fish and lobster.
Rooms/Accommodation: Spacious Superior Rooms (two rooms per
bungalow in an elevated position) with shower/toilet, air-conditioning,
ceiling fan, mini bar, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and
balcony or terrace. Some Standard Rooms are smaller and close to the beach. Activities: A hire car is recommended for round trips on the main
island of Mahé and for excursions to the breathtaking beaches of
the south.
