This beautiful hotel is located on the east coast of Mauritius, separated only by a
small coastal road from the kilometres long magnificent
sand beach of Belle Mare. A luxurious garden, waterfalls and the rustic
architecture invite guests to relax.
Rooms/Accommodation:
This small familiar hotel complex has 60 rooms in one-storeyed,
traditionally built bungalows. Emeraude Hotel offers its guests a small foyer with
reception, a small beauty and massage centre (extra charge), one for its
pizzas well known restaurant (several times a week, at noon) and a bar.
A sweat water pool and jacuzzi are situated in the tropical garden. Sun
lounges, sun umbrellas and towels are provided in the garden and on the
beach. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, telephone and air-conditioning
and have a small balcony or terrace.
Activities/Entertainment:
Boccie, billiard, table tennis, small fitness centre, volleyball, pedal boats,
kayaks, snorkelling equipment and glass bottom boat are included in the room
rate.
Deep-sea fishing, diving, catamaran cruises, waterskiing, parasailing and
horse riding can be organised against an extra charge. A kite and fly station
is directly at the hotel. Evening entertainment with live music and Sega
shows several times a week.
