Situated 400 meters from the nice beach of Beruwela, about 55 kilometers south of Colombo, in the southwest of Sri Lanka. The villas are in a well kept garden amongst many palm trees, in second row behind the Hotel Club Palm Garden.

54 spacious villas elegantly furnished, with air-conditioning, shower, toilet, telephone, television, radio, minibar, safe and balcony or terrace (some orientated to the pool). There is a welcoming reception area with lobby; boutique, bar with friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a pleasant restaurant.

Activities
Swimming pool with children pond, a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks during the day, sun terrace with deck-chairs and sun shades. Occasionally evening entertainment.

Ayurveda
A variety of Ayurveda Treatments are offered in a professional Ayurveda Centre. A treatment takes about 1,5 hours a day.
